Walt DisneyWe are extremely proud that an international and well-known company like Walt Disney uses our Become Framework. And the interesting thing is that they use it not so much to establish the purpose, strategy and tactics of the global enterprise, but to effect change at a more local level. So the Become Framework can also be used for smaller change programs: to make a department function better, to develop new products, to implement a new ICT system and so on.
For example, you can also use the Become Purpose Canvas to establish the purpose of a department or the purpose of a product or service. And with the Become Tactics Canvas, for example, you can elegantly transform ambitions into corresponding goals, tactics, KPIs and initiatives. And with the Become Activation and Become Feedback Canvases, you can realize initiatives project by project. Walt Disney is an example of a client using the Become Framework in this way for when actual change is needed.
